Seems like gym, jogging and all other things you do to trim that fat body will soon grow more popular than ever, especially in this hyper-sexualized world.  Who is to blame for all these then? The media? Our society? Or ourselves? Or am I forgetting some other else to blame? Should our religious foundations to blame also why we have a world of super-sized men and women? I just hope am not overreacting. Can you help me sort things out? Your opinion matters.
