OIG Reports on Physician-Owned Specialty Hospitals' Ability to Manage Medical Emergencies

On January 10, 2008, the Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Inspector General released a report suggesting that some physician-owned specialty hospitals may not be properly equipped to manage medical emergencies.
