I take a vitamin every single day. I've always been under the impression that it's a good thing to do, though I honestly couldn't tell you which vitamins my diet was lacking and which I've got plenty of.
The last bottle I bought was the weight control kind, but I decided this time to go back to the women's version. I figure I'm doing enough to balance my weight out, so I don't need to make my vitamin do even more work. There are bigger issues at stake here.
