Healthy eating is very important to me. and I like to think that I do a good job of ensuring my day is filled with lots of healthy foods; after all, as the editor of a food and nutrition web site, I like to set a good example. At work, I’m famous for my healthy lunches: I like to make really big, healthy salads filled with tons of vegetables.
