The important ingredient is the oregano leaf which makes
the dish so uniquely oramatic. I have plenty of oregano leaves
in my garden. It is easy to grow.

This is a simple and yet delicious dish,
suitable for children or those who prefer not so oily food.
But it is simply delicious, anyone can try.

Ingredients:
300 g minced port, marinated with 2 tbsp soy sauce
15 oregano leaves, chopped finely
1 tsp chopped garlic, fried till fragrant
salt and pepper to taste

Method
Mix the marinated pork with oregano leaves, make into 12 balls.
Boil 400 ml water on high heat.
Add pork balls, bring to boil over high heat for 2 minutes.
Boil over low heat for another 5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and fried garlic.
and 2 tbsp of soy sauce(optional).

.................mmmmMMM
l love the oregano aroma and taste.
Oregano is good for soothing the throat. So I strongly recommend this dish when you are about to suffer from throat irritations or minor cough.
