Story written by James the Advocate and moderators on SFHomeless yahoo groups, about the use of Sound Torture to menace and annoy the scores of homeless residents (including fire victims, folks who are not safe at shelters, in between safe spaces, late night discharge from general or veteran hospital) used to being in safe spaces all around the center of our city, including around city hall and the civic center known as the Bill Graham Auditorium. A Berkely for profit corporation called Another Planet Entertainment, LLC has been violating human rights and sound ordinances using high powerered amplifiers to blast residents with violent and disturbing sounds like construction hammers, trucks, sirens and explosions.... all known to trigger PTSD in our veterans.
