Plastic surgery: hot or not?

Ok. There is no person on this world that trully loves everything on his body. I don't like some things about the way I look but is plastic surgery the only way to fix the way we look? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so someone's bootylicious figure is sexy to this guy, but it doesn't mean it's sexy to that guy. There are some shows on TV that give you the chance to go free on a plastic surgery and they tape the transformation. After the surgery you are someone else. Look at the pictures. You would never say it's the same person. It's good for them but don't they think they aren't being true to themselves? That's not you in the mirror, that's who you became but not the person your inside or in the past months. They lie to themselves. I'm not against plactic surgery because it makes people feel good about themselves and it makes them happy, but sometimes they create an addiction. I mean take a look at Michael Jackson or Cher! Jackson was African-american and now he's white? He looked so much better before and I don't understand why did he do that! Well... Plastic surgery is in the eye of the beholder....
