Pro: You Look Better Naked
Since I started exercising again, I’ve discovered the time I spend naked has increased exponentially. I no longer run from the shower, passing the mirror without a sideways glance. I now take a scenic stroll towards it every morning, stare at my slowly forming stomach muscles, 360 degree spin before coming to a stop, gaze at my naked form for another 10-15 seconds, and then proceed to get dressed.

Con: Cardio
I absolutely hate running. Anyone who says they enjoy it is a bald faced liar. You MIGHT get used to it, but you’ll never enjoy it. Yes, jogging can be made tolerable by listening to music, pleasant weather, and a lululemon wearing female running in front of you, but they have a word for a lack of oxygen that causes discomfort; suffocation. Last I heard, it’s not a good thing.
