Recent reports that an additional 8,000 Olympic condoms were needed this week before the closing ceremonies. A 100,000 condoms were handed out before the games. 

SafeGames2010, a Vancouver organization, handed out vital information and safe sex kits to the estimated 500,000 visitors and athletes.

The addition of glow sticks to the much desired safe sex kits handed out by the SafeGames2010 organization was a nice touch. Perhaps these glow sticks will assist in applying said condoms in stolen moments and corners before the games close. 

SafeGames2010 for their efforts in keeping visitors and athletes alike safe from harm deserve much credit and they are cheaper than the 1 billion dollar plus security force who were tasked to do the same.
