Ta Nea daily reports (translated from Greek):

Another case of the novel influenza -the second, so far- was confirmed in our country. A 21 year old youth returned to Greece from Edinburgh, where he is studying, yesterday. Tests at the Pasteur Institute confirmed he is infected with the H1N1 virus. The youth was transferred to Sismanogleion Hospital.

According to Health Ministry sources, the youth contacted the Novel Influenza Monitoring Center, reporting [swine flu symptoms]. He mentioned being a student in Edinburgh, where cases of the flu have been confirmed.

Doctors recommended that he visit the hospital to be examined [..]. After tests, the youth returned home, and was told to stay indoors and avoid contact with other people and to receive the appropriate medication. His family is also being given medication. Test results from Pasteur Institute returned positive [..] and the youth returned to the hospital for treatment, as the Center for Disease Control & Prevention reported.

Last week, a 19 year old youth was diagnosed with the novel influenza after returning from New York, where he is studying. The youth recuperated fully and was released from the Sismanogleion where he was being treated.
