Sewing Needles Found in Luncheon Meats

A number of packages of luncheon meats at a Guelph Ontario grocery store have been found to contain 50 mm sewing needles. The Guelph police are investigating.

Only one store has reported this product tampering: Loblaw's No Frills Store at 191 Silvercreek Parkway, Guelph.

If you have purchased packaged luncheon meat from this store recently, you are urged to examine the product carefully. The Guelph police ask that if you find evidence of tampering to contact them.
