SFHomeless@zoho.com shares SF SRO Hotel-Apartment Tenant Survey
We have 30,000 residents living inside about 500 Single Room Occupancy Hotel Rooms spread out throughout our city. Hundreds of thousands more RENT their homes, apartments and rooms from all kinds of residential landlords who own the building or condominium or rooms for rents which are TOO DAMN HIGH !
In Solidarity and in The Public Interest of All San Franciscans, we intend to show the world the Real Living and Working Conditions of everyone who rents in San Francisco.
This is the only way we know to STOP YOU ALL from supporting paid off Board of Supervisors who are not aware of or do not care about our common people here.
We warned you a week prior and then again, 3 days before the last SF Board of Supervisors' Elections about the 3 BOS Candidates who accepted money from a well known, millionaire Landlord from Los Angeles, who tried to destroy Rent Control who is being financed by members of the New Republican Party (aka Bush's Klan).
Those of you who have no patience, VOTED EARLY and did not know that BOS Candidates like Scott Weiner and others were given tons of money by Thomas Coates and their New Republikan Elite who are not here to keep us safe. They are here to implement a national-global strategy to take down YOUR LOCAL RULE.
Use this Survey so we can document ALL ISSUES inside ALL HOTELS and APARTMENTS in San Franciso. No more lying, covering up or hiding the good and bad of our tenants and staff who work for MILLIONAIRES in horrible conditions, for the most part. We have good Landlords and we shall support them and help them in any way because they want to do right by us all.
Here's what prompted us to release the SFHomeless SRO Hotel-Aparment Tenant Survey 2011 Form, today, instead of the first of next month:

Together we shall bring overwhelming truth about the living and working conditions in all our residential buildings of all kinds. This way, we, as a united and informed community can take real action, en masse, to make sure we are all safe.DIRECT LINK TO THE SF SRO HOTEL TENANT SURVEY 2011 - ADD IN FEEDBACK FORMsfhomeless.wiki.zoho.com/SRO-Hotel-Tenant-Survey-2011-Form.html Each landlord must decide to work with us, our community, tenants and advocates to save lives and reduce costs for us all. In 2010 and 2011, we saw several landlords do 'an about face' this past year and are now working with tenants; local SRO Tenant groups & the Mission SRO Collaborative (they help tenants by providing outreach, disaster and fire safety training on a regular basis to some 49 SRO Hotels in the Misson District). SEE: www.dscs.org/content/view/152/146/ Landlords who are too stubborn; greedy or uncaring who do not 'work with' our community shall be put before our online, public exposures and trials for their lack cooperation and for ongoing neglect of the law and the urgent needs of our people. They maintain bad conditions which harm our people - for profits which come from taxpayers and community resources. Many are on Master Lease contracts which should only go to landlords who are doing right by tenants and staff.WHAT IS THE REAL DEAL WITH OUR BUDGET CHALLENGES WITH SRO HOTELS & HOUSING ? All of our City, State and Federal Housing contracts and programs need public oversight, tenant ownership, empowerment, additional funding and your action, now. If we eliminate the current obstacles, waste, corruption and systematic neglect, we can save lives, reduce costs and be safer and healthier, as one united community. WITHOUT CUTTING ANYTHING. We just shift money from overtime and crisis responses by doubling our funding for all things that prevent crisis, reduce harm and increase the peace, safety and health of all San Francisco residents by focussing on what is not working and changing that !Peace out.SFHomeless Yahoo!
