Sick Days

Poor baby...home sick again. She is on her 4th day of a fever ranging between 100 and 103, even with ibuprofen. Took her to the doctor today to rule out strep, bronchitis or pneumonia. Apparently a bad 5-day flu is going around, so we are to wait and see how she's doing tomorrow. If she has a fever, then I have a prescription for antibiotics to start.

Today she has eaten nothing, but did finally have some chocolate milk more to shut me up than anything else, I think. I hate when she's sick!

Me, I'm suffering all the same symptoms without the fever. Sore throat, stuffy head, sneezing, aches. We are drinking lots of fluids and taking it easy, so we should be better before too much longer...we better be okay by Friday (the big show opening)!!
