Ski bindings produced by Saloman SAS are subject of a recall in Canada.  Full product description follows:

Full Product Description
This recall involves the toe components of certain models of Salomon-, Atomic-, and TECNOpro-branded ski bindings. The following ski bindings models are included in the recall:

Salomon LZ 7, LZ 8, LZ 9
LZ 7SR, LZ8 SR
LZ 8SC, JLZ 9
Atomic eVOX2.8, eVOX 2.8+, eVOX 2.8++
FFG8
TECNOpro TL70, TL80
TL70SP, TL80SP
TL70SR

Hazard:  The toe part of the bindings may not secure the ski boot properly and allow the skier to fall.

Fix:  Do not use the ski bindings in question.  Take them back to your authorized dealer for a free replacement.

Number sold in Canada:  7 690 units
