What? Banning cigarettes is hard on inmates? Gee, so is Ass Raping each other, but you don't see them (Inmates) complaining about banning that?

MONTREAL - A complete smoking ban in penitentiaries has turned hardcore lifers into jittery, sweet-eating blobs, according to a picture painted by a lawyer who argued Wednesday in federal court that the inmates should at least be allowed to smoke outside.

Julius Grey, who is representing 19 prisoners, including some of Quebec's most notorious murderers and gang leaders, said that prison life is hard enough without having to give up what is still a socially acceptable behaviour.

"It's dangerous to think that because someone has been convicted, they should suffer more," Grey said outside the courtroom.

thanks, I am saying that Convicts are stating banning them from smoking is hard on them, and I say so is Ass Raping each other is hard on them as well, but you don't see the inmates complaining!

I guess that is what they mean by HARD TIME!

I'm sure ass raping is very "hardon"them . But if you can't enjoy a smoke after sex, what else are you supposed to do?

Due to all the sick rape jokes, we have decided to close the comment thread. You may think this means we don't have a sense of humor, but staff has decided nothing about the way this story is structured is funny.
