Soon to be buckwheat flour

The food pantry gave us boxes and boxes of buckwheat kashi to "give to the pigs". There's not a thing wrong with it, though, so I can't manage to give it to them. I don't think they'd like it this way, to be honest. So I'm doing all sorts of things with it instead. I made a hot cereal the other day, and yesterday I ground some into flour, which I'm going to make buckwheat sourdough pancakes with later today. I think I'll try some with a chicken stock in my rice cooker too.
