Spent Parliaments

I don't smoke... just making a series of spent packs of cigarettes on the ground. Showing the comparison of not only cigarettes causing health related issues, but also environmental impact on cigarette fliters, packs, and apparently lighters thrown to the ground. One could also point out the fact that the same people that gorge themselves on McDonalds or any activity that produces trash can cause this. I'll get to that later, but this theme is: Death by inhalant : Demise by filth.
