Suzie Grogan's Lavish Spending Spree, Didn't Have Breast Cancer
Suzie Grogan was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2006 and went through so many cancer treatments, from chemotherapy to radiation, that she decided she didn't want to spend what little she had left of her life not enjoying herself to the maximum.
So she spent her 50,000 pounds savings on family holidays, Christmas presents, home improvements and new cars, only to be told that she never had breast cancer.
So now, Suzie and her husband Peter with their two children James and Elspeth have to re-pay the huge debt.
Their son is in university and now Suzie is having to work two jobs to make ends meet.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2006. A month later she had a mastectomy on her right breast in Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton.
Then came the start of punishing chemotherapy in October, which lasted for five months until February.
Then she had radiotherapy after that, and it was after that she decided to spend what money she had left.
She said: 'The treatment was very gruelling and takes everything out of you.
'It was the moment I finished it I started treating every day as if it was my last.
'I thought it was possible I wouldn't be around much longer so wanted to spend a lot on family things and treats.
The couple even released the equity on their house.
The news that she was in the clear was a great moment in her life, she just wishes that she hadn't spent all her money so fast.
She does say it was all worth it though.

But can't she sue the doctors and hospital which allowed her to think that she WAS dying of breast cancer? I think that would be done in the US!

Its good she was cured of it. As women we have to be very careful and should always know the facts especially about <a href ="factoidz.com/comparing-breast-implant-placements-subglandular-sub-muscular-and-dualplane-placements/">breast implant placements</a>
