Latest Warning by UK Government:

When you think that something bad is past it raises its ugly head again. Same is the case with Swine Flu. Every other day we hope that we have seen the worst of it and now there wont be any other bad news about it. However the good feeling of the worst being past eludes us again.

Swine Flu is again in the news. It has already affected a large number of people and this winter more are expected to be victims. Bad news indeed as according to an estimate, around 65,000 people in UK alone could be affected fatally by this scourge. Euphemism indeed for death. Hope that things start to look up rather than down.

"Up to 65,000 people in the UK could die after contracting swine flu this winter, the Government has warned."

My Suggestion to Stay Safe with some simple steps as follows:

Hand-washing

Scrub with warm water and soap

Use a paper towel on handles

Covering your cough

Staying home when sick

=========

It made the announcement after confirming that 29 people in the UK - 26 in England and three in Scotland - have already died after getting the virus.

Chief Medical Officer for England, Sir Liam Donaldson, said figures being used by the NHS to plan its services show that a 30 per cent infection rate among the population could possibly lead to 65,000 deaths.

However, he said 19,000 could occur as estimates vary depending on the numbers who end up infected.

The problem is that WHO required a bigger budget, the UK health authority wants a bigger budget. Money will be made by the vaccine suppliers, money will be made out of the medication for the flue.

However the bigger problem is the doctors surgeries will be now filled with everybody that has the sniffles of a mild fever. Parents worried about their children panicking at the first signs of a cold or the flue.

The sad thing is this H1N1 is weaker than the normal yearly strain of flue, it was only very lethal when the first hosts caught it from the pigs. Statistics have proved it to be mild when passed on. Then the over hyped threat is followed up with the virus could mutate. Hmmn that would then mean a new vacine would have to be prepared at present it take six month or so. Surely if this strain of H1N1 is weaker than the normal flue then should there be call to panic the public?

I believe money is going to be made out of the panic, health authorities will receive bigger budgets and WHO will go laughing to the bank. The drug companies that supply medicine for flue will wring their hands in glee and the vaccine companies shares will rise and their bank managers will be pleased. Then there are those people within the chain of corruption that will line their pockets nicely. Of course then there are those opportunist on the internet that will be selling heath cures to waylay catching the flue.

The advice from the Babel Fish is "don't panic" Or buy shares in the companies that are expected to make a windfall out of the so called Pandemic.

Watch the next installment next year a new pandemic could be heading your way. WHO is behind this?

I wonder what their estimates are regarding the death toll for the regular influenza virus.

The potential is always there with H1N1 or H1N5 or any other virus that could mutate. It may be so or a totally different virus that is harmless today or unknown.
