Swine flu: First confirmed human to human case
A man in Scotland has swine flu he cought from his friend after he had returned from Mexico.
This confirms what everone was worried about, that Humans can pass it on to another human, so far it was only cases of people who had been to Mexico.
Graeme Pacitti went for some drinks with his friend after he returned from holiday, but days later his friend was confirmed as having swine flu.
The NHS clerical worker suspected of being Britain's first case of swine flu passed from person to person has told Sky News he has the virus.
Graeme Pacitti fell ill after going out for a drink with Iain Askham - Britain's first confirmed victim of the disease along with his wife Dawn.
The two men went to a local pub shortly after the Askhams returned to Polmont, near Falkirk, from honeymoon in Mexico.
Mr Pacitti, 24, who works at Falkirk Royal Infirmary, has been given antiviral drugs and his own contacts are being followed up.
He is in quarantine at the flat he shjares with his mother and other family members.
Mr Pacitti, who plays in the same six-a-side football team as Mr Askham, told the Daily Mail: "It's just typical flu. I have a sore throat, a sore head and an upset stomach."

This is when it gets serious, human to human transmission. I am afraid more people will die.

I believe this is the first offical world human to human case, though some nations have prob said it has happened, but without proper WHO confirmation , this is for sure, with out a doubt a person who cought the flu in Mexico and passed it on to his mate.
