According to the increased number of swine flu victims in Hong Kong, the chairman of Hong Kong’s Health Department announced that all kindergarten and elementary schools will cancel the school days for the rest of the school year to have an early summer break. High school have the opportunies to decide on weather they should cancel school or not. This is a great decision because people had already been wearing masks and took good care of hygiene but the number of people inflicting the flu is still increasing. Cancelling school can slow down the spreading rate and hopefully it will be under control within this summer or else students will not be able to go to school in September.
