Take me to a better place

Days away from the end of my 1st year as a PhD student and its taking everything I have to keep it together. Luckily I have this sweet Duvel goblet I bought last summer in Belgium. Not only does it make the cheap Coors Light (the only beer I can afford on a graduate stipend) taste like 10X better, but it has a sweet laser etched D in old English font on the bottom of the glass. This serves as a nucleation point for bubbles which then rise up in the shape of said D only to hit the surface and spread out in that awesome D shape.

Its the little things in life that keep me going.
