Theft of eMails re: The Wrongful Death of Larry Neal and The Cochran Firm Fraud

When I opened my YAHOO on the morning of November 22, the first thing I saw was an email written to an attorney on July 6, 2004, although my email should show the last mail received on top.  Everything prior to that date in my inbox had been stolen. Have you ever watched the real life TV show about the "world's dumbest criminals"?  Whoever paid to have that theft done should demand a refund, because they didn't check the folders, STUPID!  I have what you were looking for, unethical, illegitimate offspring of a female dog, and so do hundreds of others.

My correspondence with that attorney probably would have also been stolen had I slept longer.  I corresponded with that attorney after the Johnnie Cochran Firm finally admitted to my family (10.5 months after signing contract to represent us) that they were connected to my defendant, the Shelby County Jail, and had taken our case as our wrongful death attorneys in a SECRET conflict of interest.  The emails to and from Attorney Skip Simpson are below in this article.

My family tried to find another attorney before missing our deadline to file suit against Shelby County Jail after discovering The Cochran Firm's conflict of interest, but could not - not with only one month to go to file suit. Instead of my email box being ordered with the newest date on top, all the emails dealing with the wrongful death of Larry Neal were at the top. There has been much mail regarding this case missing before. Why would the dumb criminals (whoever they are) not know that the emails they sought would be sitting tight in archives all over America by now?  Never underestimate an opponent.  An old proverb says, "Though your enemy be an ant, see in him an elephant."

From some things that have occurred lately (Yahoo! lying about how the death threat video was posted with my videos - Cochran Firm Fraud 1 and 2), I now understand they may have help at YAHOO.  It is a morbid music video called "I Miss You" about a nice woman, now dead.  See this link:  http://video.yahoo.com/search/?p=mary+neal&t=video

NOTICE:  It is useless to merely pretend to send out my emails I posted this morning in this regard as has occurred before, because I have the phone numbers of at least two members on each Yahoo group to which I am a member, and I will call them and check during our live webcast. It is time the world knows how freedom of speech is impeded using 21st Century technology.  I cannot wait to share with the world some of the tricks I have been subjected to while advocating to decriminalize mental illness - advocacy that is contrary to the interest of private prison profiteers, like Gonzales, who was over the USDOJ when my brother died under secret arrest in Memphis/Shelby County Jail and the USDOJ has refused to investigate. 

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill advocates against imprisoning mental patients, and since half the inmates in public and private prisons across America are mental patients, with Cheney's and Gonzales' recent indictment, I better understand who we may be up against.  This was made clear also when a US DOT truck was among those following me and cornering me in my neighborhood Chevron station.  This will also explain why 911 did not answer my distress call.  It was probably an order from very high indeed to make them ignore a cry from help from a grandmother and small boy being set upon by four cars of men and the US DOT truck driver.

I wrote my congressman about this.  I have missed 2008.  It is November, and most of this year I have been reluctant to go outside.  Intimidation is terribly unfair and illegal. Here is what I wrote:  http://www.care2.com/c2c/share/detail/960254

I dropped it in his email box at his website and posted it on my Care2 Sharebook.  Such double effort is necessary to get around those who are determined (paid?) to minimize exposure of the injustice to my family and our advocacy for mentally ill prisoners.  Frequently when I post mail to one of my online groups at Yahoo, I go back and check the strain of emails that posted, and mine is not there.  One evening I asked WeThePeople to explain why my announcement of an article did not post, and they checked through their system for it.  My email had somehow been redirected to their spam folder.  No one was moderating their group mail - it was set to automatically post mail from members, but someone redirected mine.  It happens lots.

Private prison profiteers don't have to give up their income if the mental patients are relocated from prisons like we want.  They should simply reinvest in hospitals and community care centers.  They could even keep charging the same fees for all we care - just move sick folks to healing environments with doctors and nurses and orderlies instead of jail guards and prison bars and wardens.  They should not be criminalized for being sick, and EVERYONE KNOWS THAT ALREADY.  Their consciences should tell them what they are doing is just plain wrong.

I am tired of this game.  The "let's censor Mary Neal game until we can pick a chance to get her" game is ending TODAY!  I have no idea who is behind this, but if folks don't come to their senses and stop harassing and threatning and censoring me real quick - like TODAY, I am going to amend my COMPLAINT and name more parties and tell EVERYTHING, WITH PROOF - TOMORROW.  You don't know the half of it, believe me.
