TMI - Mom livestreams birth on Internet
I am all for the brave social experiment that is the internet. It lets the great unwashed share their stories with anyone that has the desire to read about it. However, do we really need Moms to live-stream them giving birth? If the person was close to me I might want to share this momentous experience but putting it out for everyone's perusal smacks of..well.. I think I might use the term narcissism. And yes if you follow the link you can see at least part of the video of the miracle of life that this mother s wants to share
Share her miracle of life, or the ultimate case of T.M.I.?
A Minnesota couple found a unique way to share the birth of their daughter with the world -- by livestreaming the delivery on the Internet.
The mother, Lynsee (who chose not to release her last name), arranged to have her baby live on the Internet for a feature on MomsLikeMe.com. Along with her husband Anders, a camera crew crowded into the delivery room at Abbot Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis for the birth of their first child, a daughter named Solveig, on Saturday, Nov. 7.
