how do you do it! i need to lose a min. of 10inches!!!! p;ease help

Just make exercising a priority. Set aside a time everyday. Start as slowly as you need. I'm a big fan of "The Firm" DVDs. You can probably try out exercise DVDs from your public library! Weight Watchers worked for me, too.
