John Tomich, well known Adelaide ENT surgeon turned winemaker, and soon to be Master of Wine, produces stunning premium cool climate wine from his family run winery in the Adelaide Hills. This winery goes from strength to strength, having just won Runner Up in Adelaide’s prestigious Hyatt Advertiser Award for 07. This wine, made by Tim Knappstein has it all – intense sweet cherry fruit, vibrant rasberry and cinnamon spice balanced by a rich earthy depth. James Halliday gives it 90 out of 100. Unbelievable quality for the price.
