Transconjunctival lower eyelid lift with fat repositioning and ActiveFX

This patient had upper and lower eyelid lifts (blepharoplasty) with transconjunctival (behind the eyelid) fat repositioning of the lower eyelids. This restores a natural and youthful appearance to the lower eyelids without the "hollowed out" look of lower eyelid fat removal.
ActiveFX was used for fractionated laser resurfacing of the face, allowing for tightening and wrinkle reduction with little down time.
