Tubulin in L8 cells

In this photo taken under a fluorescent microscope, tubulin (a protein that makes up microtubules) has been stained green with fluorescein conjugated to a secondary sheep anti-mouse antibody binding to a primary mouse anti-tubulin antibody which binds to the tubulin.

L8 cells are rat myoblasts (muscle stem cells) isolated in 1969 in Israel in David Yaffe's lab from skeletal muscle of newborn, noninbred Wistar rats.
