A U.S. government-funded medical information site that bills itself as the world's largest database on reproductive health has quietly begun to block searches on the word "abortion," concealing nearly 25,000 search results.

Didn't you get the memo? "Abortion" no longer exists... But seriously, if that's the message that USAID is trying to send, I don't think they'll get the results they desire.

Update: indeed, results come back as "none found"- a bit disingenuous for a reproductive health site.
