Are there ongoing, secret programs of involuntary testing of covert remote directed-energy torture weapons and psychological torture in the United States? Experts say that the kind of unethical medical studies and research that occurred half a century ago could still happen again despite more than 1,000 rules and regulations that should prevent such abuses. Bioethicists and researchers spoke Tuesday (March 1, 2011) before a presidential panel in Washington. The meeting was triggered by the government’s apology last fall for federal doctors infecting prisoners and mental patients in Guatemala with syphilis 65 years ago. President Barack Obama ordered his Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues to explore whether such a study could ever happen again.-Associated Press

The Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues met on February 28 - March 1, 2011. A Public Comment Session on March 1st offered live testimony by alleged victims of remote monitoring, and torture with remote microwave and acoustic weapons. Here is a direct link to an online video archive of  the Public Comment session of The Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues. These individuals, from all over the country (US) provide strikingly similar accounts of being victimized by covert torture weapons and being stalked and harassed (commonly termed “gang-stalking”) on a 24-hour basis.

To my recollection, this is the first, formal presentation of victim’s accounts before any formal federally financed board or committee. Those who participate in community policing and other “citizen watch” groups that stalk and surveil individuals may get a deeper understanding of the abuses they may be supporting by watching the video referenced above.
