USDOJ's Leader of Internal Ethics Replaced

Attorney General Eric Holder will name Mary Patrice Brown as the Internal Ethics Leader at United States Justice Department, a thoroughly corrupt federal agency in my opinion. Attorney General Holder is apparently interested in having a Justice Department that has something called "ethics." Such an amazing feat would require much more than one replacement and could possibly leave Mr. Holder alone in the building with his Mr. Coffee Maker.
See an excerpt below from the Washington Post ("WP") report.

Justice Dept. to Name New Leader of Internal Ethics Unit
Washington Post
Wednesday, April 8, 2009; 2:34 PM
Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. is preparing to name a new person to lead the Justice Department's internal ethics unit, moving to put his stamp on a department reeling from the dismissal of criminal charges against former senator Ted Stevens and accusations of political motivation during the Bush years.
Holder will name Mary Patrice Brown, a well-respected career prosecutor in the District, as the new leader of the Office of Professional Responsibility as early as this afternoon, according to two sources familiar with the matter. Brown, who leads the criminal division at the U.S. attorney's office in the District, will become only the third chief of that unit since it was established in 1975 after the Watergate scandal.
The move comes a day after U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan expressed a lack of confidence in the office, which has been investigating lapses with witnesses and evidence that ultimately demolished the government's case against Stevens. Citing the seriousness of the prosecutorial misconduct, the judge took the extraordinary step of appointing a special prosecutor to probe six government lawyers involved in the case against the former Alaska senator, convicted last fall of ethics violations for accepting gifts from an oil services company executive.[/q]
I commented on the WP article and to my surprise, it actually posted! I did not expect my comment to really post at the online WP. My cyberstalkers usually prevent my communicating with major news affiliates by posting comments. If I have a strong desire to post a comment to a mainstream news article, I usually must get someone else to do it for me. Perhaps that is because news regarding how the USDOJ and the "justice" system treated my family and many others cannot be contained beyond the Human Rights for Prisoners March Planned for Mid-May in Atlanta, regardless of what the cyber stalkers do – or the in-person stalkers, for that matter.
Immediately after posting the comment to the Washington Post, I received my usual punishment: an online reminder that “they” will get me. This time it was the dead ant picture – a three-inch corpse of dead ant lying on its back with all its shriveled legs pointing skyward. Yeah, right. Like I believe there is anything I could do to get in the New World Order’s good graces by discontinuing my protest against injustice at this late date. With or without my telling the world about the wrongful death of Larry Neal and elaborate conspiracy that followed (which mainstream media refuses to report), the NWO gang and I were bound to clash eventually since I will refuse the microchip. Therefore, I continue in the spirit of Sojourner Truth until justice comes.
Leaving crime unpunished only generates more crime. The secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal in Memphis/Shelby County Jail was followed by five years of collusion and cover-up during which time there were more abuses and deaths of people who were unacceptably "different," like Larry. See http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com for evidence at the DOCUMENTS tab.

Three Federal lawsuits relating to care and treatment of mentally ill
http://braxton.freshbits.com (Click links to access PDF copies of the Complaints filed)
Braxton Korvacea Moore, by his next friend and mother, Janie Moore, and Janie Moore, v. County of Shelby, et al. Filed 12/5/2006. [Link to PDF]
This case involves the treatment, or lack thereof, of Braxton Moore while he was housed at the Juvenile Court Detention Facility, and at the Shelby County Jail. The lawsuit claims Braxton was not properly treated, cared for, and supervised while he was incarcerated. The lawsuit also claims that Braxton did not receive his proper medications while he was incarcerated. [Braxton was a 13-year-old retarded and mentally ill boy jailed with adult offenders to suffer horrible abuse.]
Jannie J. Williams, surviving mother of Kelvin A. Williams, Deceased v. City of Memphis, et al. Filed 12/5/2006. [Link to PDF]
This case involves the death of a mentally ill adult while in custody. The lawsuit claims, in essence, that Kelvin Williams was assaulted by police officer(s) after being taken into custody, and while in the back of an ambulance. Williams subsequently died of his injuries. [The severe beating that necessitated the ambulance allegedly continued in the back of the ambulance until Williams was dead.]
Willie Hester, Jr., by his next friend and mother Joyce D. Hester, and Joyce D. Hester v. City of Memphis, et al. Filed 7/3/2006. [Link to PDF]
This case involves the shooting of a mentally ill adult by Memphis police. Hester was shot 21 times, some of the bullets entering his body from the bottom of his feet, and some from his buttocks. The lawsuit also alleges that Hester was not properly treated and medicated while at the Shelby County jail; Hester was transferred to the jail after three months in ICU.
All three lawsuits involve issues related to the care and treatment of mentally ill people who find their way into our legal system. None of the cases attempt to excuse any behavior of the mentally ill individuals; rather, the cases are being used as a vehicle to raise awareness of how mentally ill individuals are handled from their first contact with the legal system (primarily officers on the streets) until their cases are disposed of by the courts. One goal is to bring about change of how mentally ill persons are cared for and treated.
I understand that like the Neals' attempt to hold Shelby County Jail responsible for the wrongful death of Larry Neal, these three lawsuits got nowhere. The attorney who represented all parties reportedly had a heart attack, and the legal action stalled. Convenient.
After the deaths and abuses to mental patients list above came the police abuse suffered by Duanna Johnson, a transgender person who was made famous by being beaten in the booking area of Shelby County Jail. She was executed by an unknown assassin on November 9, 2009, a few blocks from her home. Johnson's murder occurred a few weeks after this writer managed to escape four cars and a USDOT truck that followed her to a neighborhood Chevron station and waylaid her there for an hour before family members came to her rescue to see her home safely. Police did not respond to my 911 call for help when surrounded by four cars of men and one USDOT truck at 10:30 p.m. on a Friday night. See "Cochran Firm Fraud" videos 1 and 2 at YouTube.
More information is available about Duanna Johnson at this article:

The abuse and death cases above are only the ones that we know about. Some mentally ill people are drifters who long ago lost contact with family members or close friends who would know if they went missing and look for them the way Larry Neal's family and social worker searched for him when he "went missing" during the heat wave in 2003. For three weeks, Shelby County Jail denied he was incarcerated, but police did nothing to help search for this acute mental patient with a heart condition. His family believes that is because police knew all the time they had him locked in jail waiting for him to die without heart drugs. Larry had become a nuisance to police over the 20 years since his release from the mental institution in the 1970's when many mental patients were removed from such facilities. If police did more to kill Larry, we do not know, because despite the Freedom of Information Act, Shelby County officials will not release records or account for Larry's secret arrest and death.
Shelby County did not respond with records requested by federal subpoena in our recent lawsuit in USDC against our former wrongful death attorneys, The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which acted in an undisclosed conflict of interest to help the jail avoid accountability for Larry's death. The managing partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm was himself a Shelby County Commissioner, and the law firm simply held our case inactive while lying to us about work going forward.
Judge Timothy Batten of USDC, Northern District of Georgia, apparently thinks that lawyer fraud is "immaterial" to proving the Neal family's breach of contract case against The Cochran Firm (yes, the USDC Order of Summary Judgment says so - "immaterial"). So was the perjury in the form of fraudulent documents entered into court by the defendants. Our case against the law firm was dismissed on February 9, 2009.
This ludicrous federal court ruling came after Larry’s family tried to hold The Cochran Firm responsible for defrauding them in Georgia Superior court. That case was dismissed in 2006 with Judge Shoob ruling that there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia for the Neals to serve suit; however, The Cochran Firm remained open every day at 127 Peachtree Street in Atlanta and continued prolific advertising on television, MARTA trains, the Internet, and billboards. Six months later, the “non-existent to sue” Cochran Firm contracted with survivors of 92-year-old Kathryn Johnston, another black victim of police violence who was killed in a hail of 39 bullets in her own home.
Are law firms being used as government agents to contain public reaction to such tragedies as secret deaths of black mental patients in jails and murders of old black women by police?
Or is this injustice allowed to continue because Larry Neal's family members as well as many other victims lack wealth and are unable to make significant campaign contributions?
The USDOJ refuses to uphold the law and investigate any of this or the ongoing stalking of Larry Neal's family members for inquiring about his demise. The agency does not answer emails to Mary Neal, and her phone calls are put on terminal hold.

USDOJ, Taxation Without Representation Is Wrong!
Mary Neal's Sharebook
April 8, 2009
The USDOJ is the agency that is paid our tax money to protect the civil rights of institutionalized persons - people in mental institutions, prisons, and jails. What happens when the USDOJ refuses to do its job because the agency does not want to have to prosecute a protected class of folks who committed crimes? More abuse and deaths of institutionalized persons occur. That is the result of federal agencies that should be in oversight ignoring their sworn duties.
Since the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal was covered up by authorities in Shelby County Jail in Memphis, TN in 2003, there have been three more federal lawsuits resulting from police brutality directed against people who are "different," and transgender victim, Duanna Johnson, who was so unacceptably "different" that she was beaten on video by Memphis police in February 2008. Unfortunately, she did not live to file suit.[/q]
***********************************************
THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE EITHER NEEDS TO DO ITS JOB OR STOP COLLECTING OUR TAX MONEY TO DEFEND THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF AMERICANS. TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION IS WRONG, AND HAS NOT BEEN (OPENLY) TOLERATED IN THE U.S.A. SINCE THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR. QUESTION: WHAT JUSTICE?
Congratulations to Mr. Holder for making one positive Change.

People lack courage these days,to stand up for what is unjust acts. Its the same old same old symdrome. Most of the public in the main stream are so busy trying to maintain their Homes and income. The world is moving so fast for this majority of people that most dont get the time to read or realise what is going on around them. Others will just simply turn the other cheek and think there for the grace of god go I.then forget. The hard cold facts are that unless these brutal injustices are staring them right in the face, they just dont see them for what they are.

They may be staring them in the face sooner than they think if they do not wake up. The prison nation is thinking of expanding expeditiously, I understand. Will they wait until it is their turn? Secret arrests and wrongful deaths of American citizens whose families are then terrorized for asking what happened should be enough for people to be alarmed. But it is not. They may be waiting until it is their brother, sister, mom, dad, or friend.
First, they came for the Neals . . .

"Revenge is mine, sayeth the Lord." I just report. For instance, let me tell you what My LORD did:
1) after the local elections, important leadership with DeKalb Co. Police when the 911 emergency cops did not come to my aid were FIRED in February for something completely unrelated to me. I updated my article - Finally Heard from 911. Look for it in my lineup at http://nowPublic.com/duo
2) the Ethics Leader for the USDOJ was also FIRED for a completely unrelated issue - not for ignoring my emails and putting me on permanent hold when I tried to call the last two months about ongoing harassment, endangerment, and lack of just resolution regarding Larry.
3) TWO members of the Shelby County Commission when Larry perished in that jail were later imprisoned for some totally separate crime. (Larry's family believes the Commission, which the USDOJ said did not report Larry's death as it was under court order to do, may have made a deal with The Cochran Firm to hold Larry's wrongful death lawsuit inactive, which the law firm did do for 10.5 months until it was too late for Larry's family to get an honest attorney. Now attorney could do everything needed to investigate Larry's death, prepare, and file lawsuit, because there were only a few weeks remaining on the statute of limitations by the time we discovered The Cochran Firm Fraud).
4) Julian Bolton, Esq.'s employment with The Cochran Firm was terminated and he is no longer a Shelby Co. Commissioner. Bolton is the lawyer who was both a long-standing Commissioner (past chirman and treasurer) AND he was also the managing attorney at The Cochran Firm when I took my poor 80-year-old mother there. Of course, that conflict of interest was hidden from the Neals. Our elderly mother wept as she signed the bogus contract with that law firm the day after Larry was burried. Bolton also sued The Cochan Firm when he left there. He alleged that the firm did not pay his full partnership percentage that was due and that the law firm kept a merger hidden from his knowledge that he should have known about. Bolton lost.
God is interested in holy revenge, so we don't worry about that. Larry's family members are only interested in justice, which we will continue to pursue in the courts. Authorities will either be fair with Larry Neal's family, or they will continue to prove themselves before the world to be exactly what we believe them to be: hypocrites and criminals running the "justice" system.

Hello
Until the advent of the internet I suffered alone and in silence thinking i must be the only one to recognize the immorality, injustice, lack of ethics and corruption in the US Justice Department. In my case, my undoing came at the hands of then Minnesota US Attorney General David Lillehaug. 150-200 Innocent Minnesota Families had their vehicles wrongfully repossessed and my business, reputation and finally my life was threatened if i testified.

Thanks for posting this article, Mary.
And thank you too Cynical Patriot (Don) for sharing the similar problems you've had. I cannot begin to imagine how hard it has been for you, and for Mary too. I don't even feel I can safely say, 'hang in there' or such words. Only to let you both know I'm thinking of each of you and wishing the best for your endeavours.
