Victoria & David Beckham Welcome Baby Girl

Getting the daughter she'd always hoped for, Victoria Beckham has given birth to a baby girl!

The former Spice Girls singer and husband David Beckham welcomed the bundle of joy at 7:55 a.m. Sunday morning (July 10) at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.

According to a family rep, the tot weighed in at 7lbs 10 ozs. Posh and David's newborn daughter will be joining three brothers as the couple is already proud parents to sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8,  and Cruz, 6.

Word of the baby's impending arrival was the talk of Hollywood on Saturday night when soccer star Beckham attended a BAFTA party thrown for visiting royals, the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge, alone.

David told Prince William, "Victoria really wanted to come but she is just so tired at the moment. She sent you both lots of love", to which the royal, who is a close friend of the Beckhams responded, "Don't be silly, send her all our love and tell her good luck with it all."

Giving his many "friends" a look at his lady's expanding belly, David Beckham posted a picture of pregnant wife Victoria on his Facebook page Thursday (July 7).

The L.A. Galaxy star offered up the photo while writing, “Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn’t looking. She looks amazing, so close now to the baby being born!”

With the baby scheduled to arrive in the second week of July, Posh previously said that she had no desire to show off her bare belly.

"I'm not really one of those people that likes to go out and pose and flaunt being pregnant," she said to the fashion trade. "Not like there's anything wrong in that... I'm just not that kind of person. So, no, I won't be taking my clothes off. I don't think anyone needs to see that, other than my husband. Absolutely not."

While making an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel back in March, David Beckham told the late night host that he and Victoria were originally told to expect another boy.

"When we first found out, we went for the scan and they said, 'Oh, it's a boy,'" David said. "I was like, 'Great,' and Victoria was like, 'Ugh. Another penis in the house.' She thinks there's too many in the house already. So then we went back for the next scan and they said, 'Oh, we think it's a girl.'"

The soccer star also recalled he and wife Posh asking their sons for name ideas.

"When we got told it was a boy, Romeo was like, 'How about Justin Bieber Beckham?' So now that we know it's a girl, he's like, 'What about Justine Bieber Beckham?'"

David and Victoria announced they were expecting their fourth child back in January of this year.
