Vienna Girardi has not been shy about her nose job. She talked about it on Twitter and on Entertainment Tonight.
In fact, the doctor that performed the Vienna nose job is the father of a former Bachelor contestant.

Someone remarked to me that this is not a culture piece.Fashion is culture. Is medical facial improvement culture or is it healthcare related? It all depends on whether or not it is covered by insurance.
