Vitamins 'may shorten your life'

This is some strange news story whereby, vitamins may led people to cause premature death. According to article published in BBC news site, vitamins do not have to power or element to extend the life time, it may do harmful effect by cut down life span.

Research has suggested vitamin supplements do not extend life and could even lead to a premature death.

A review of 67 studies found "no convincing evidence" that antioxidant supplements cut the risk of dying.

Scientists at Copenhagen University said vitamins A and E could interfere with the body's natural defences.

enathu, good find. I've always been somewhat skeptical of heavy supplement and vitamin regimes, so it's interesting to hear that we coudld, in fact, be doing more harm than good.
