Get out there and enjoy the nice weather.  You might even add a few years to your life.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - People who want to live a long and healthy life might want to take up running.

A study published on Monday shows middle-aged members of a runner's club were half as likely to die over a 20-year period as people who did not run.

I've been running for years and I don't think I could do without it. Aside from all the health benefits, I find it's really important for mood and mental clarity. Whenever I don't run for a time I become a gloomy jerk.

mtippett, I like this story. It's good stuff.

When I saw this headline on the front page, I imagined that maybe this story might be advising everybody to head for the hills !

Even though that's not the case at all, jogging is still a great idea!
