I've been running for years and I don't think I could do without it. Aside from all the health benefits, I find it's really important for mood and mental clarity. Whenever I don't run for a time I become a gloomy jerk.

When I saw this headline on the front page, I imagined that maybe this story might be advising everybody to head for the hills !
