On the Sovereign Mind Radio Show yesterday, May 25th, Ben Abba described to Sonia Barrett and her crew, how the 2,800 year old man, which Ben Abba has been researching and blogging about, used Oregano before toothpaste was invented to clean and protect his teeth.  Ben further described how people prepared the Oregano for use as a mouth gargle and as a "paste" for teeth cleaning.  Apparently the Oregano was very effective in removing bacteria and fungus from the mouth and for protecting the teeth from decay. Ironically, the use of Oregano for teeth cleaning is not an unusal idea as described in this recent article by the Okaloosa County School District. However, Oregano did have one side effect to Ben's 2,800 year old friend; it supposedly caused this super-centenarian's teeth to turn black. Ben Abba  discussed many other enlightening topics on yesterday's the Sovereign Mind Radio Show; the podcast is available here.
Ben Abba is the co-author with Dr. Wayne Dyer, of the best-selling book “Wake Up Moments of Inspiration” ; and the author of the forthcoming book “Secrets of an Immortal - An Eyewitness Account of 2,800 Years
