  • Announcing New Webcast - Justice Quest for Larry Neal and Mentally Ill Americans

ANNOUNCEMENT:  I decided to set up a webcast allowing the public to pay to view me as my family works through the Justice4Larry case.   http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com

NOTE:  The term "they" used herein denotes no particular person, place, corporate or government entity, or thing.  I don't know who "they" are.

They fixed The Cochran Firm Fraud videos, which were set up for security, so that they will no longer come up when you type "Cochran Firm Fraud"  in YouTube's search box.  That would have been all I did for security, but they force my hand.  StumbleUpon wrote to me and confessed to censoring my articles.  Mainstream media censors the entire story of the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal and all that has happened since to maintain the cover-up.

I released those videos in hopes that I could feel comfortable moving around in my neighborhood again.  Read USDC Court Docket item # 22, last paragraph.  This writer wrote thousands of people about being followed from work at night.  It was very frightening.  I also sent the information about being followed to Angela Mason, Cochran Firm attorney in the Alabama home office, who in turn complained in a pleading to the Court.  The problem is that although I did not write the color of the vehicle that followed me, and neither had I told anyone its color, Attorney Mason made the error of writing the color of the vehicle in her complaint to the Court.  Wonder how she knew the color, since I exited work between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. in Atlanta, Georgia, and she lives and works in Alabama?  See our public court docket, link below at docket item 22, final paragraph:

Someone put a woman's death video next to my two on Y! video (that is Yahoo).  When I asked Yahoo who did it, they said that video matched my tag line "miss" or "missing."  I never used that tag line.  When I went to Yahoo Video and put those words in, pages of links to videos came up -- but the only one matched with mine is about a nice woman who died!  It is terrible, terroristic shit they are doing.  When I called 911 when I was followed, the police did not come - you know about the brotherhood of police, I suppose.

Here is the link to the Y! video posted along with or in response to mine which I perceive as being threatening:   http://video.yahoo.com/search/?p=mary+neal&t=video

Of all the videos Y! Video has that have the word "miss" or "missing" in them, why is the only one to find its way to my videos the one of a nice woman, now dead?  You might also be uncomfortable with that video being posted with yours if you had already been followed by up to four cars and a US DOT truck; denied Emergency 911 services; had a dead brother for whom no one is willing to give you records or conduct an investigation (although he died in a jail under USDOJ overview and America has open records laws); had placed a lawsuit against the firm that contracted to represent your brother's wrongful death case in conflict of interest, only to have a judge (Wendy Shoob) dismiss the lawsuit and give the most famous firm in the city a writ of nonexistence under its advertised identity - would such a video seem threatening to you, too?  My family is grateful for the law of substitution, but hope not to need to use it.

We did a couple of radio interviews on BlogTalk Radio about the issue of how mental patients are treated in America.  Millions pf people - acute mental patients and their families and friends - are negatively impacted by the cruelty of this justice system which imprisons approximately 1.25 MILLION Americans for being sick in order to overcharge taxpayers for their containment!  It is awful.  It is significantly cheaper to treat than punish folks for illness.

Someone does not like my writing articles about this issue, and all attempts to get coverage in the mainstream media come to naught.  Coverage on the Internet is becoming increasingly limited, as such sites as StumbleUpon join the quest to squash the news covered in my articles (although no one else admitted it in writing! This e-Bey company is interestingly honest enough to tell me about the censorship, but not honest enough to refrain from it.)

-The SU

DOG JUSTICE is a poem I wrote about Larry's secret arrest for mental illness, his death, and our family's subsequent denial of any explanation or records, and it has been translated into three languages, original version was English.  Through my affiliation with Care2 and others, news of my family's denial of justice is going all over the world.  A London Internet site has published one article.  People from many places are very interested in our justice quest, which includes the likely murder of disabled citizen and subsequent coverup involving more people and agencies than one would imagine, personal censorship issues, freedom of the press, privacy rights, and a lawsuit against The Johnnie Cochran Firm - a lawsuit the firm's advertised Atlanta office would rather deny its own existence than face in court.  I believe many more people will be interested once we activate the webcast, hopefully enough to make our project a success.

We expect the live webcast to do what the YouTube videos were not allowed to do - overcome the censorship and the security issues.  In addition, we hope that the webcast will generate needed funds for the present lawsuit (or the next one if this one fails - this five-year-long cover-up took lots of collusion) and finance advocacy to combat the criminalization of mental illness in America.

We are near the end of the Neals v. The Cochran Firm case now, and I need more security due to people following certain family members and myself.  I have no privacy at home - I cannot close the mics on any computer I get.  There is a keystroke pad that appears at the bottom of any computer I get within an hour of my bringing it home.  If they keep up with my every burp and everything I type, read and redirect my emails at will, etc., the world may as well get an equal opportunity to know my every move throughout the day, or for several hours thereof.  My emails may even get through then and be allowed to get through to me, since you will be able to see me type and hit "send"!  That is an exciting prospect for this American - freedom of speech.

I will let you when the website is set up and the way to access it.  Any readers who have ideas for the best services to use for this are invited to respond in the comments section to this announcement.  Our outcome on this whole affair should determine if I need to go back and sue my elementary school for making me recite the Pledge of Allegiance every morning - I believed I lived in a land assuring freedom and equal justice for all its citizens - including mentally ill people, even African Americans.  I love America and grew up believing great phrases, like "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."   No one told me they were for healthy people only, rich people only, or non-African Americans only.  Hopefully, some day these sacred creeds will be applied to the wrongful death of Larry Neal and to 1.25 million mentally ill citizen who suffer in prison for having a common and treatable health condition.

UPDATE - 3-29-09

I cannot believe it!  I am still stuck at home.  What on earth did I ever do to deserve this type of treatment?  Police don't come when I call them - scared to death at a store with my little grandson after being followed there by four cars and a USDOT truck, and  I still get followed all over creation when I leave home.  Angela Mason, Cochran Firm attorney, reported to USDC the color of the vehicle that followed me home from work for weeks last winter (accidentally in a pleading she filed last Feb. or March), but neither the judge nor police will ask the woman, "How do you know what color the vehicle was?"  This is because I simply do not count.  My brother did not count.  I could kick myself for not realizing that sooner.  Here I have been living for 53 years thinking I counted as an American - me, with black skin!  There is a drawback to not being prejudice.  You don't realize how much race matters to others.

I believed when I told the USDOJ in 2005 what happened to Larry, they'd get to the bottom of it.  Who knew that agency probably WAS at the bottom of it?  Amazing stuff I am learning in my middle-age.  Amazing.  Anyway, at least our advocacy is helping alert people to the way mental patients fare in the criminal justice system.  I discovered that whereas the average American was unaware that is where mental patients are in America these days (in prison), the authorities certainly already knew.  Prison profiteering is the cause, most likely. Therefore, my idea that folks in authority just did not understand the problems of mental patients probably had very little to do with mental patients being kept in the equivalent of 14th century dungeons.  Authorities likely understood perfectly well that acute mental patients are not responsible for their actions and should not be in prison and executed and all sorts of things, but there is good money in it, like the Pennsylvania judges sending little kids to prison - same philosophy, same greedy reasons, and the same outcome for the victims - the prisoners and the taxpayers.  You pay more for them to have the opportunity to be cruel.  Treatment costs so very much less than prison, but then, if Kendra's Law (outpatient commitment) is applied with its 87% success rate, who'd they have in prison?  Nope.  Can't have that.

Anyway, I am out of cigarettes, so I thought I'd drop by this article and give an update with my nervious energy that comes with withdrawal.  I did not intend to be out of cigarettes, but it seems dangerous for me to go to the store.  Right now, my relatives are taking this opportunity to make me quit.  I went to the P.O. the other night, and three of the same guys who were at the Chevron station on September 27 showed up at the P.O.  I think it would be wise if the people in charge realized that black people recognize the differences in each other.  They don't all look alike to me.  Can you believe it?

I feel like I'm a central character in a James Bond movie, and all I did was the same as you or anyone would do if your brother or sister came up missing, then was returned dead weeks later with no excuse, explanation, arrest records, full autopsy report and DENIED any investigation.  You'd get a lawyer to ask why.  You'd try to get accountability.  But be careful about your lawyers - I promise you that is very important.  My goodness!

We put the webcast on hold, trying to work things out in court.  We'll see.  You can keep up with that bright idea using the link to the court docket that is posted above.  I just filed the security guard's report giving his account of another stalking event.  I feel certain that these are not highly skilled people - not government, in other words.  That is a relief.  Whoever it is, they only make their position worse.  Furthermore, it is pretty obvious they have no idea how big the average African American family is - especially Southerners.  Birth control was late crossing the Mason Dixon Line.  They should read Larry's funeral registry and recognize that most folks don't even go to funerals.  But sociopaths don't think well - poor reasoning skills.

You'll never guess what they brought me instead of cigarettes.  Chocalate chip cookies.  I already ate a row!  Stay tuned.

Jazzyzazzy, I know why this is happening.  If you look at the web, this justice quest has high visibility.  God is using this whole thing to help the sick people suffering in prisons and jails.  The tide is turning.  It is turning.  Other orgs. talk to people about civil rights and civic responsibility and humane treatment.  They have to do it that way, but I do not.

I recognize that people are made in the image of their Father.  Although many people are atheists and some are agnostic and others belong to various religions or none at all, they are ALL made in the image of their Creator and my Father.  They all have goodness in their spirits.  They all want to do what is right -- deep down inside.  And if they were raised as Christians, they will never be completely free of wanting to be good.  People want to be heroes.  People care about suffering human beings.  People hate to see the rich and powerful trample the helpless and sick under their feet.  People cannot help but care, because they are like their Father who made them in His perfect image - the image of Love.  Not that god we hear so much about -- the one who wants folks to be at war.  The God of Love who so loved the world that He gave - sacraficially - the very best He had.

When I write about the mentally ill, I write to the loving nature of my readers.  I appeal to their Christ nature.  The Word of God is powerful, and I believe because it was added to the voices of secular reason coming from such outstanding organizations as Treatment Advocacy Center, the tide is turning.

I know that many people downplay religion.  Some may say I am wrong about the Word accomplishing much - but nothing else other than religion has been responsible for so much of man's historical record here on earth.  It is a powerful force.  People want to be right, and in their spirits, they know it is wrong to mistreat sick people, put them in solitary confinement 23 hours a day; leave them without medication and treatment because acute mental patients are too far gone to ask for it, but then put them in jail for acting up.  That is wrong, and it does not take more than common sense and the spirit of truth to acknowledge it.

And I say again to those who have investments in private prisons and are counting on the mentally ill to continue to keep those prisons full, re-invest QUICKLY.  Put your investment into treatment programs and hospitals.  The tide is turning.  People know now, and people care.  For God has said, "Let my people go."

We are gaining momentum. Soon and very soon, God is going to spring the least of these His brethren from the dungeons across America where they have been kept chained, gassed, tasered, dying in restraint chairs for three decades.  God has said to the crying mothers, "ENOUGH."  Look who acknowledged it today!  Below is a report from TAC:

The Philadelphia Inquirer, one of the 20 largest newspapers in the U.S., gave a ringing endorsement for assisted outpatient treatment and for pending legislation in Pennsylvania and a similar proposal in New Jersey.

"Court-ordered outpatient treatment for the mentally ill is effective for the individual and less expensive for the state," the paper wrote in an editorial on Monday, March 30, 2009.

Unfortunately, the paper noted, assisted outpatient treatment is rarely used in Pennsylvania.

"That's because the state's outdated 1976 mental-health law requires ill people to be a 'clear and present danger' to themselves or others before a judge can order them to get treatment," the paper noted.  "By the time people with mental illness deteriorate to that point, outpatient services are often not appropriate. They usually end up hospitalized."

Soon, those old "clear and present danger" clauses will be struck down across America.  Watch and see.

So, I was depressed last night.  But today, because I see the good that the work is doing, and because I can see that God is using our justice quest to help suffering people like my poor brother,  I feel like going on.

THANK YOU, PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER!  HAPPY HEROES DAY!

It is hard on me to hide out in my house like this.  I have not even been to the park in a year, and I love taking my grands to the park.  It is awful to think that if I were treated fairly in court, we would actually be done with this justice quest and living free.  But dispite all of that, Philadelphia Inquirer put a song in my heart today when I read of their endorsement. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Djqg7rEqO0

Thank you for your encouragement, Jazzyzazzy!  I am so blessed to know you.

Mary
