Fix:  People are advised by the CFIA to check fridges and freezers for the possibly contaminated weiners and dispose of them in the garbage.  An alternative might be to return the contaminated weiners to the store where you puchased them for a refund.
Food contaminated by Listeria bacteria does not look, smell or taste "off".  You cannot tell if it is contaminated by simple observation.  The result of eating products contaminated by the Listeria bacterium may range from no symptoms to severe with pregnant women and their unborn babies at particular risk.

For more information, consumers and industry can call one of the CFIA at 1-800... / TTY 1-800-465-7735 (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday).

This recall of Maple Leaf Foods' weiners follows an earlier recall of weiners in February of this year.  Maple Leaf Foods has been in the centre of the large Listeria contaminated deli meats in which many people were sickened.

Here we go again.  Good thing I don.t eat wieners.  I know what they're made of :)

You've got that right.  I can figure out what most of the ingredients are but it's the 'and ors' that really put me off.
