Citizens for Legitimate Government (CLG) started a petition for people to sign who don't want to choose between taking an enforced H1N1 vaccine or going to a FEMA (concentration) camp.  The petition can be opened and signatures and comments viewed without signing at this link:    http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/refuse-and-resist-mandatory-flu-vaccine

Having to choose between H1N1 inoculations and imprisonment means to some that citizens have apparently become Property of the U.S.A.   Since the WHO moved the disease epidemic dial to Level 6 in June 2009, Martial Law could possibly be called and people forced by the military to  submit to experimental H1N1 vaccines.  Otherwise, they might find themselves and their families corralled into concentration camps.  The camps are usually referred to as "emergency" or "quarantine" centers.

Interestingly, powerful people must have KNOWN "emergency centers" would be needed prior to the 2009 outbreak of H1N1.  The hundreds of thousands of plastic coffins that are reportedly in all sizes (adult large, adult medium, and child-size) which are stacked on land near railroad tracks could be handy, too.  Prison trains outfitted with shackles that were reportedly made ready years ago evidence a high level of ESP in America's decision makers.

Since people who take the H1N1 vaccine and become ill will be quarantined in camps and those who refuse to take the vaccine will also be imprisoned there, virtually all of the people at the camps may eventually have H1N1.  This reminds one of the description used for Hitler's determent centers - "death camps."   No one has legally exercised such power over fellow human beings in America since the Emancipation Proclamation was enacted.

During slavery, only black people were completely deprived of self-determination.  Slaves had no right to decide what would or would not be done to their bodies, but were stripped naked on public auction blocks and bought and sold.  Babies were torn from their mothers' arms; husbands were separated from their wives and children.  Young girls were openly billed as being "comely," indicating that they were ideal sex slaves.  Men and women who tried to escape or strenuously objected to being owned were subjected to public beatings or lynched, with their bodies left to hang in clear view of others as a warning as their carcasses were picked by buzzards.  It appears that with enforced H1N1 vaccines, America will re-visit that kind of dominance; only this time, people of all races will have an equal opportunity for enslavement.  See the article below:

Slavery Continues in the U.S.A., All Races Eligible, by Mary Neal

Any communicable disease depends on exposure to spread.  If in the normal course of events, 1 in 10,000 is exposed to H1N1 with a 10% fatality rate, it seems evident that exposing millions of people to the H1N1 virus in vaccines would only serve to ensure a significant increase in infections and deaths.  However, the good news is that there may be no significant increase in tax money spent because of Americans becoming ill or dying after taking the H1N1 vaccine.  According to the news report at the link below,  U.S. citizens will be barred from claiming compensation from injuries or deaths caused by the forced vaccines injections.  Read more about the proposed PLAN at the Natural News.com article at this link.

THE ORIGINAL ARTICLE below regards people's right to reject medical procedures.  It was written months before this author ever heard of enforced H1N1 vaccines.  The purpose of this article was to share a laugh over the absurdity of  medical personnel at Presbyterian Hospital overcoming a patient to force a rectal exam.  It was hard to believe that anyone would overrule people's right of choice regarding own bodies.  America and Britain now exist under the threat of enforced inoculations with an experimental H1N1 vaccines by Baxter, a company which just happened to patent the vaccine a year ahead of the H1N1 outbreak and enjoys a 7.9% increase in stock value - more ESP, probably.  The concept of enforced vaccines makes the argument over butt rights in the article seem less funny somehow.

The good news is that people who lose their loved ones as a result of H1N1 inoculations might be more supportive of a nationwide repeal of capital punishment, which is usually administered by lethal injection.

A New York construction worker who suffered an on-the-job injury wound up in a court fight over butt rights.  This is an interesting justice issue.  Do patients have say-so over their own bodies when receiving emergency medical services?

Brian Persaud, 38, was hit on the head by a falling wooden beam and was rushed to the hospital where ER staff insisted on examining his rectum. Persaud refused the attention medical personnel wanted to pay his other end, insisting that they concentrate on his head injury only. New York Presbyterian Hospital was so determined to examine Persaud’s rectum that he actually had to fight them off.

Persaud hit a doctor, but even that did not stop the single-minded medical personnel who held Persaud down and injected him with a “strong sedative.”  Persaud’s attorney, Gerard Marrone, said that when Persaud woke up, he was handcuffed to a bed and had an oxygen tube down his throat and lubricant in his rectum.

Patients committed to mental institutions generally do not have the right to refuse treatment, but Persaud was not in a mental hospital; he was in the emergency room of a medical hospital. Persaud believed he had the right to determine what procedures he would submit to having performed. Therefore, after his ordeal, he sued the hospital.

Excerpts from the AP news report are below.

Marrone said Persaud, 38, was injured while working at a construction site in midtown Manhattan on May 20, 2003. Persaud received eight stitches for a cut over his eyebrow at the hospital, but denied emergency room staffers' request to examine his rectum, the lawyer said. He said doctors told Persaud the exam could help determine whether the accident caused spinal damage.

When Persaud resisted, staffers held him down while he begged, "Please don't do that," Marrone said. Persaud hit a doctor while flailing around, so the staffers gave him a powerful sedative and performed the rectal exam, he said.

Persaud’s attorney, DeFilippo said, "Once he said he didn't want the rectal exam, everything should have stopped."

After the jury deliberated on Persaud's lawsuit for about an hour, the jury determined that the emergency room staff did nothing wrong, and Persaud lost his lawsuit.  The motto of this story is watch out for falling beams in New York.
