Why You Should Care About Food Day
Every day on Foods4BetterHealth, we try to show our readers how important it is to eat healthy. We don’t advocate following a certain diet trend or jumping on any diet bandwagons, but instead want our readers—and our friends—to make simple changes in their life that can make a difference in the long run.
I personally don’t believe it’s a good idea to make drastic changes one day to the next. Because if you try to jump too high, you might end up falling down further than where you started. I know my goal is to always eat healthy, every day, and to not have it be a challenge or struggle, as some days are now.
