<Toms River, NJ> -- Winter weather may be back again, but things are definitely heating up for the January 17th Winter Wonderland Open House, at the Route 70 Goddard School in Toms River, NJ, http://www.goddardschool.com/Schools/Toms-River-II-NJ/Schools.gspx.  Many local school districts are expanding their Kindergarten programs to an academic-oriented and structured full-day program.

And, what parent doesn’t want their child to succeed in a first educational endeavor?  Yet, according to a recent study by the Community Research Council (CRC), at least one-third of the children entering classrooms this year are NOT prepared for the structure and rigors of school, and there are even a few who haven’t even held a pencil before.

So, for just two hours, on Saturday, January 17, 2009, from 2-to-4 PM, the doors at The Goddard School are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, at 255 Route 70  (just 1/2 mile west of Route 9, by Whitesville Road).
