What Was The Name of this rash Please comment back My Cousins baby has a rash and we are tyring to find out what it is...this is what it looks like sorta...

From what the nannies at the ophanage told me (and what I could undertand) this little one was allergic to milk products. He had to be placed on a different formula than every one else.
