TruemorsZao Tofu Fries: Tofu fries with three sauces: spicy peanut, tamarind-ginger & chili-garlic. I was expecting something more agedofu-ish. But it achieved the "fries" effect, much to my chagrin. My favorite will always remain blanched idaho fried in duck fat.
