Zooper Have Announced a Stroller Recall Due to a Frame Latch Failure

The frame latch failure could cause the stroller to collapse unexpectedly and as a result Zooper are offering a repair kit.

The repair kit contains straps, which can be attached around the frame latch, to keep it from coming undone.

The recall affects Zooper strollers sold in 2007 and 2008 from retailers such as Babies 'R' Us and cost between $400 and $430. If you own a Zooper stroller model number SL808B or SL808F, then contact Zooper USA or go to zooper.com to order a repair kit.

There have been 185 separate complaints about this problem, with many being that the stroller just collapses on the child or children inside with no warning. There has been no reports of any fatal injuries.
