In San Francisco, the Great Highway is currently shut down from Lincoln Way to Sloat Boulevard, said Department of Public Works spokeswoman Christine Falvey, and will most likely be closed in the northbound direction as well if it keeps raining. There is also flooding on roadways in Napa, Dublin, Castro Valley, Hayward, Marin and Oakland, according to the CHP.

Highway 101 in San Francisco has been hit hard with flooding, said CHP Officer A. Paulson, including at the Highway 280 junction. And southbound 280 near 25th Street in San Francisco is also flooded.
