Stelzner Consulting (you may have noticed the link on my sidebar at some point) produces the WhitePaperSource Newsletter, which is a great source of regular information on writing white papers.

I haven't done any traditional white paper work, but thanks to the information coming out of SC's site and newsletter, I am well on my way to adding another service to the list of Content Done Better "can do's."
