December 28, 2006 Pennsylvania - Careless smoking is being blamed for a four-alarm, high-rise apartment building fire that forced the evacuation of about 200 people and injured nine, including a firefighter. The fire broke out about 2:30 a.m. today on the 14th floor of the 22-story River Park House Condos on the 3600 block of Conshohocken Avenue in Wynnefield Heights, officials said.
