Horsehead Holding Corp. prices initial public offering

Monaca, Pa., (ANTARA News/PRNewswire-AsiaNet) - Horsehead Holding
Corp., the parent company of Horsehead Corporation, today announced
that it has priced its initial public offering of 4,867,000 shares of
its common stock at a price of $18.00 per share, 4,171,235 shares of
which are being offered by the Company.



The offering is being made through an underwriting syndicate led by
Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. The Company intends to use
the proceeds from the offering to fund capital improvements and for
general corporate purposes.
