Hospitals Move to Ban Crocs

Doctors and nurses in hospitals everywhere are wearing comfortable and colourful crocs to work these days but health and safety concerns may force them to leave the shoes in the closet.   One of the main criticisms is that the holes in the crocs may allow body fluids to come into contact with the shoe wearer.  Another is that a dropped syringe could penetrate skin.
