Ryan Fitzgerald is making headlines for the YouTube video he posted on Friday offering to be an ear for anyone who wants to call (see the video here), and for receiving 5000 calls in response over the weekend. The AP quotes Fitzgerald as saying
"Some people's own mothers won't take the time to sit down and talk with them and have a conversation," Fitzgerald said. "But some stranger on YouTube will. After six seconds, you're not a stranger anymore, you're a new kid I just met."
